Opening an account with FirstForex is simple
Register
There are three ways to do this. The first and easiest way is to complete the online registration and account opening form or alternatively the second way is to download the registration form (.pdf) and complete and return at your convenience. The third way is for you to call us on 01932 850423 to speak to an account manager, you will be asked a few questions to determine the service required and will then be sent a registration form to sign with some paperwork to read. Your completed form is returned to us, with photo ID and confirmation of address; we will provide a prepaid envelope for this process. There is no obligation or cost involved to register with us.Account manager
Once registered you will be contacted by your Personal Account Manager, they will introduce themselves and give you all their contact details as well as performing an identification check prior to the activation of the account. Your needs and requirements are unique so it is important for us to understand them fully, your account manager will be happy to explain the options available and advise you on the process needed to make your purchase and transfer as hassle free as possible.Currency purchase
When the time comes for you to purchase your currency, all you need to do is telephone your Personal Account Manager, who will advise you of the current exchange rate, if the rate is acceptable and you wish to proceed, he will book the currency trade for you. Exchange rates are very volatile, so it is important for you to realise that once your verbal instruction has been given to purchase the currency you have entered into a legally binding contract with us, with the exchange rate fixed it cannot be changed.Trade confirmation
A confirmation deal ticket will be produced which will be sent to you by E-mail, fax or post. This confirmation receipt will give you details of how to make payment to us and if you have not previously given to us your currency payment instructions, you will be able to do this in the space provided on the deal slip, your payment and the currency transfer details will need to be returned to us before currency payments can be made. As long as we have received your payment by the agreed date, we will forward the currency you purchased to the recipient from the instructions you provided. Your money should be with the recipient within 48 hours but sometimes this depends on which country it is being sent to..
